How To Get Started


For our accounting and bookkeeping clients, please contact us directly to discuss your needs.


For our tax clients:

  1. Download and complete the New Client or Existing Client intake form.

  2. Gather all issued documents: W-2's, 1099, 1098, 1095, etc.

  3. For business owners, provide copies of your books or a detailed listing of income and expenses

  4. Provide a copy of your Photo ID and Social Security card for you (and your spouse)

  5. Once you've gathered everything needed (Packet) choose ONE of the following options:

  1. Drop off your Packet at either location (Fallon: 601 S Maine St., Fallon, NV 89406, or Carson: 309 E John St. Suite 2, Carson City, NV 89706). Locked drop boxes are available during nonbusiness hours.

  2. Email your Packet and ensure you receive a confirmation of receipt back from us (Fallon: sierrafinancial@yahoo.com or Carson:sfataxes@gmail.com)

  3. Fax your Packet to 775-885-1079

  4. Contact us to schedule an in-person appointment at either location (Carson: 775-885-7500 or Fallon: 775-481-7393)

And that's it! We will take it from there and be in contact with you should we have any questions. Within 3 business days you will receive notification from us that it is time to sign your return. You may come in person to sign, or E-sign. E-signing is especially helpful to our out of state or distant clients. After signing and payment, we will E-file your tax return. Easy, peasy.


Please note that you only need to schedule an appointment with us if you would like to meet with us. We are trying to expedite and simplify the processing time between when we receive your Packet and when your return is filed. We want to make everything as easy and as convenient as possible for you!
